Why The Program Works So Well

The reason the authors created this eBook was to make available quality information on how to solve tight flexors and help alleviate the many problems associated with that.

The problem is that increasing the flexibility of the hip flexors can be a very difficult task without the right knowledge and approach because of the complicated structure of the hip.

Also according to the authors, there is a lot of incorrect information on the internet and additionally many fitness professionals also don’t know how to best fix this problem.

The solution is a combination of stretching, stability exercises and activation movements that are performed in a special sequence.

This way the relevant muscles are strategically opened up one by one without pulling the wrong way or tightening up any of the other muscles.

The authors have named this the “sequential flow method” and it consists of the following 6 different parts:

  • PNF Stretching
  • Dynamic Stretching
  • 3-Dimensional Core Stability Exercises
  • Mobility Exercises
  • Fascia Stretching
  • Muscle Activation Movements

You can get an idea of the exercises from this video below:

Unlock Your Hip Flexors Pros And Cons

Pros

  • The program is inexpensive (10 dollars). If it makes sense for you to compare with having to go to a fitness professional, then paying 10 dollars is a great bargain.
  • There is a HUGE number of people confirming that it works.
  • The program is created by top professionals in their field with a relevant educational background.
  • The program is simple and quick to do. Can easily be done within 10-15 minutes.
  • The program clearly explains the dangers of having tight hip flexors.
  • Good information on the function of the hip.
  • 60-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee.

Cons

  • Could argue that the real content is slim. However, it costs only 10 dollars and it clearly does what it says.
  • Lengthy descriptions of the many problems with tight hip flexors. The intention is most likely good, but it can feel like the authors are pushing the need for their solution a bit too much.
  • A bit confusing as to how often you should perform the routine.
  • Some claims of the negative effects of tight hip flexors seem exaggerated.

My Personal Experience

Whenever I review an information product I have bought it myself and tried it out.

I think this is important for me to say since it is my impression that there are many reviewers on the internet where this is not the case.

I am not saying this is necessarily a bad thing, however, it just doesn’t have the same authority when the person reviewing has no experience himself/herself.

I created this review because I really think unlock your hip flexors is a great product and that it is a good solution to a problem many people have.

They might be exaggerating with a few of the negative effects of tight hip flexors on the product page, but that doesn’t change the fact that tight hip flexors can be a serious problem that needs fixing.

I followed the exercises myself and it did work well.

I don’t think I had a serious problem with my hip flexors, but it improved my posture and to my big surprise I haven’t had the same soreness in my lower back after doing deadlifts.

I never gave the soreness much thought, because I thought it was normal.

As a short note on the bonuses, they do provide good value. I have been putting the hamstring bonus to great use since I have an old injury in my right hamstring, and I have never had such a comprehensive routine before.

Why I Think The Program Could Be Worth Your Money

I would never recommend anyone paying for just some stretching routines or a workout. I don’t know too much about stretching myself, but I am sure I could find some on the internet and give to you for free.

What I want you to consider is that you are not paying for a few exercises, but you are paying for the highly specialized knowledge of Rick and Mike that they only through years and years of studying and trial and error have learned.

This knowledge is worth your money, especially when it is used to put together a program that provides an easy solution to a major problem.

Conclusion

Unlock your hip flexors is a great and inexpensive program that does what it says.

It simply works and there are countless of people who have confirmed it. The Facebook group for the program has more than 250.000 people in it. That is a lot of people.

If you like most people are suffering from tight hip flexors and are interested in fixing this problem, then buying this program is, in my opinion, a no-brainer.

Unlock you hip flexors also comes with a 60-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee. So you can try it out for yourself with no risk.

    Hi Marcus,

Thanks for sharing this. I have the tightest hip-flexors ever and it definitely causes me problems such as: back pain, poor posture and muscle fatigue.

I’m going to check out Hip Flexors Pros. I work all day at a computer so my hips stay knotted up.

How long did it take for you start seeing and feeling results using Hip Flexors Pros?

      Hey Dana!

      You are not alone :p
I really think the statement that most people have tight hip flexors is true. 7-8 years ago I also had crazy tight hip flexors from playing computer games and studying. With a lot of effort I improved it quite a bit, but it was still much worse than my hip flexors right now.

I think you should be able to see clear results already 1-2 weeks in doing the program. Aim for at least a 2-3 times a week.

It’s an interesting article on something I’ve always wondered about and never taken the time to investigate.
It seems like it’s something I should look into.
The video was helpful in explaining what the issues are and how it can affect your posture and even your ability to have a good workout.
I’m definitely going to order the book and see how it might improve my posture and workouts.

    Hey Marcus,

Tight hip flexors can truly be a pain and hold you back a lot during your excercises.

My hip flexors used to be extremely tight but then I tried several stretches and started yoga.

My posture has been corrected a lot since then and the results remain even now that I have some weeks to work out.

Unlock your hip flexors seems useful especially to people who don’t have that much experience with their bodies and need some guidance.

Thank you for taking the time to review it.
    Xaric!

      Hey Xaric

Awesome to hear you were able to correct your tight hip flexors 🙂

I used to do yoga and also had a lot of success with it. I really liked how yoga relaxed me mentally, and this eventually lead me to meditating.
