Whether you never heard about Specforce Abs before, or are looking for more information to make an informed buying decision I have created this Specforce Abs review to help you out!
I have broken down the review in different sections below with the goal of answering all questions you might have. If you are still in doubt write your question in the comment section, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
What Is Specforce Abs?
Specforce Abs is a comprehensive training program that teaches you everything you need to know in order to get a six-pack. The program promises a six pack in 6 weeks and has very unusual 60-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee to back up that promise.
The program is created by Todd Lamb, who is a former team leader in the Canadian Special Forces.
Specforce Abs is sold exclusively from the official website. Click here to check it out yourself
Based On Training Methods Used In The Special Forces
Unlike other programs Specforce Abs focuses on both men and women. The program is based on unique training methods used in the Special Forces.
The whole rationale behind the program is to use the principles and methods of the Special Forces training in order to achieve the same result: an all-around super strong and functional midsection that supports peak performance and looks incredibly good. For Special Forces, the first part is the important part of course.
If you have been struggling before to get a six pack and a slimmer waist. This might just be the program for you since the training you are taught is unique.

What Specforce Abs Is Not
Although the program is based on training methods used in the Special Forces, the program will not have you go through grueling and hours long military workouts. Todd Lamb created the program with the idea of getting in shape fast without unnecessary hard work.
Specforce Abs is not hard military training.
Who Is Todd Lamb (The Author) And What Are His Qualifications

Todd Lamb calls himself a Tactical Fitness Expert. As far as I can understand he is not a certified personal trainer or has any formal education in health and fitness. However, while he was in the Special Forces he trained new recruits and outside of the military he has been working as a personal trainer and has had many clients.
Todd used to be in the Canadian Special Forces where he was a team leader. Whether you think this is badass and find the whole military angle appealing or not, you have to admit that being a team leader and training new recruits in an elite and prestigious military division gives him significant credit when it comes to fitness and being in shape.
These Special Forces operators as they are called are required to have a very high level of fitness and strength because they need to deliver peak performance all the time. They literally have to be ready to put their own and the lives of their teammates on the line to take down bad guys.
With this in mind, it is obvious that Todd himself has done a lot of hard training and trained others, and that his personal training and exercise experience, therefore, is extensive. Furthermore, his overall knowledge would be great from this experience.
On a side note, the picture of Todd clearly illustrates that he not only “talks the talk, but also walks the walk” when it comes to having great abs, which is always a good sign.

The Program Features
Now that I have established what this program is and who created it, let us look at the specifics of the program and how it works.
The main program is a series of eBooks you get instant access to upon purchase. The eBooks lay out a comprehensive program of abs workouts to follow. The exercises and the progression methods are both easy to follow and understand. The program is conveniently divided into separate phases, which makes for easy orientation and understanding how far you have come.
The instructions on how to perform the exercises are very clear. There are both pictures in the eBook and you have online access to instructional videos.
Besides the workouts, the eBooks give you a range of tips, tricks, and suggestions on how to optimize your abs training. All of them are easy to put into action.
Worth mentioning is that the program actually goes to great lengths to educate you on why “traditional” abs training is both bad for your body and potentially reducing your chances of getting great abs. One of the biggest culprits being the age-old sit up, which recent studies actually confirm have a significant risk of spine injury.
The Exact Components
The exact components of the Specforce Abs programs are:
- Specforce abs for men
- Specforce abs for women
- Quick start guide
- Daily workouts
- Bonus 1 – Fix & Flatten
- Bonus 2 – Blue Jeans Perfect Butt Solution
The bonuses do give a lot good value. The first one explains a lot about gut health and what food to eat and which supplements are worth taking. Also, it comes with an actionable 7-day plan. The second bonus is a workout routine for getting an aesthetically pleasing butt.
The Rationale Behind Specforce Abs and How It Works
The rationale behind adopting methods and principles from Special Forces training is simply to get the same result: an all-around super strong and functional midsection that supports peak performance. The purpose of the program is to get the result as fast as possible and without unnecessary hard work.
As Todd Lamb explains it himself, as a “side effect” of having a super strong and functional midsection comes incredible good looking abs.
This is, of course, sounds great since you will be getting a strong and healthy midsection supporting the integrity of your whole body while having great abs.
The Specforce Abs programs work by training your entire midsection in 360 degrees. This covers:
- Rectus abdominis. These are what most people associate with abs.
- The obliques. These act like the corset for your waistline giving you that V-tapered look.
- The posterior chain. The backside holding your core muscles and spine together. Important to strengthen to ensure healthy and neutral spine position.
The real uniqueness of the Specforce Abs program is the five factors that go together into training the entire midsection. This is where training methods and principles are adopted from the Special Force training.

# 1 – Abdominal Armoring: “simple progression of exercises that quickly accelerate your mastery” of creating the supportive stiffness and armor-like layer of abs serving as the foundation for core development.
# 2 – Asset Stacking: Strategically training all the muscles in the entire midsection creating synergies from working together.
# 3 – Fixed Angle Contraction: Training techniques that cause the highest number of abdominal muscle fibers firing resulting in fastest muscle development.
#4 – TQ Work Ups: TQ is for tissue quality and refers to built-in progression model of the program.
#5 – Strategic Target Selection: The exercises in the program have been chosen for maximum muscle fiber recruitment based on scientific data.
For an in-depth description of the five factors, go to the official website.
Specforce Abs Pros:
- No old boring exercises. No crunches, sit-ups or planks
- Unique training based on real-life military training.
- Works for anyone. No matter age or gender.
- The program is well-crafted. Easy to understand and follow.
- Detailed instructions on how to perform the exercises. There are both pictures and videos.
- There is a lot of great information besides the workout program. The author really goes to great length to educate the reader about everything relevant to getting great abs.
- 60-day money back guarantee. This conveniently gives you enough time to test if you can get the result in the promised 6 weeks.
Specforce Abs Cons:
- Not really sure if it belongs in this category, but you have to put in consistent work and effort into the program. This shouldn’t be a surprise since this is how any muscular and physical development is attained.
- It is hard to find success stories from people who are not just reviewing the program. (like this article)
- The program is only digital. This might be a problem for some.
- While there is a lot of great information on all relevant things for getting great abs. A big obstacle for some people might be too much excess fat covering up the abs. The program barely addresses this part directly. (That is why I created the bonus).
My Personal Experience
To make it crystal clear I will never review any training program that I did not buy and use myself.
However, it has been some time since I bought the program and used it myself. I can honestly say that the program did both decrease my waistline a bit and improve my abs by a lot. Like most people, I sit down most of the day, and I noticed that the workouts improved my posture.
Now that I am being perfectly honest I also have to say that I eventually got lazy and only did my normal strength training routine.
Obviously, when doing this review I read through the program again, and I was taken by surprise by the high-quality information and how well written it is. Reading the program, it was very clear to me that his knowledge is truly great. The information is actually much better than other stuff that I have read written by health and fitness professionals with better formal educational background than Todd.
Why I Think Specforce Abs Is Worth Your Money
Some ab routines and a few workouts are not worth your money. And I wouldn’t recommend you pay for that since you could easily find it for free anywhere on the internet.
However, what I think is worth paying for is the top knowledge and experience that is used to put together this comprehensive program that covers everything you need to know to get the best and fastest results. A program that has been revised and tweaked over a long period of trial and error.
By the way, this is the only kind of workout/fitness program that I would ever recommend. Just to clarify I would define a program as something that has everything you need to ensure success, i.e. workouts, exercise instructions covering both how to and why, progression models, overall plan, and goals.
Conclusion
The program is unique in the way that it teaches people to get six pack abs using methods and principles from Special Forces training. The fact that it is made by a former Special Forces team leader only adds to the awesomeness of that fact.
If you are on the lookout for a program to get great abs or have been struggling with other programs before then Specforce Abs might just be the thing for you. It is very unlikely that you ever trained anything similar to what the program teaches.
The program promises a six pack in 6 weeks and has as mentioned a 60-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee to back up that promise. This just shows how much faith the author puts in the program. Also, this means you can try it out completely risk-free.
My Bonus For You
If you found my review useful and decide to buy the program with me as your referrer, I will send you a useful bonus that I have put together to complement the program. Just write me an email at marcus@strengthery.com with your receipt. (Yes, I might receive a compensation for referring you. It does not affect you though).
It is a small guide on how to set up a moderate calorie deficit for a sustainable fat loss while retaining all of your muscle mass. Also included is a user-friendly macro and calorie calculator.
Let us be honest here. A rock-solid six pack is great to have, but if you have a layer of fat covering it is just not the same. As I mentioned above this is a very real obstacle for many people, and I want to help you remove that obstacle.
Hey Marcus, first of all thanks for this interesting and very informative review on specforce abs. The programs seems to be pretty good and at 29 to 49$ not too expensive either. But do you really think that a program like this will do perform much better than doing some ab routines after every gym session?
Hey!
Yeah, I think 29$ is a pretty good price. You really get a lot of cool stuff.
It is a great question you are asking. Doing some ab routines after every gym session will definitely get you some results. But, unless you have a lot of experience or relevant formal education or the patience for a lot of trial and error, then you are probably not getting the best and fastest results.
I would never recommend anyone paying for just some ab routines or a few workouts. I would be happy to give this for free, and you can also find it for free anywhere on the internet.
However, what I think is worth paying for is top knowledge and experience that is used to put together a comprehensive program that covers everything you need to know to get the best and fastest results.
Btw: I would define a program as something that has everything you need (workouts, exercise instructions covering both how to and why, progression models, overall plan and goals).
I’ve recently lost a lot of weight, mostly by changing my diet. The next goal on my agenda was to get rid of my remaining paunch. And on several occasions I made this statement “I don’t think a six pack is in my future though”
So I look on this scientific method to get six pack abs in six weeks as a god send. The fact that working properly takes less effort than pushing oneself through rigorous faulty training practices makes logical sense to me.
I also agree that the 60 day money back guarantee shows the author is literally “putting his money where his mouth is.”
Because as you say it gives you the whole six week period to prove to your self whether the program lives of to the promise.
Glad I found your site. It was just at the right time too!
Hey Chazz!
Great that you lost weight by changing your diet. Getting your diet right is so important!
I am happy that you found this review useful, and yes the money back guarantee is awesome 🙂
Hi Marcus and thank you for a very detailed review on Specforce Abs.
A good price and an ideal programme for the young bucks in the military.
But do you know something, this programme could be suitable for us older guys too. Would just have to be careful not to try and light the fires of our younger days. Most of us older guys don’t actually want a sixpack, all we want is a flat belly.
Just need to ease up on the “verocity” of the exercises and the programme could be very useful.
It’s not really for me though as I prefer the non military approach 🙂 .
Thank you for the review. It made interesting reading.
Roy
Hey Roy
I am happy you liked the review. According to the author, the program is suitable for men and woman of all ages. The program has a great progression model, which you just can follow along and progress as you feel you can handle.
Getting a strong midsection will definitely help you get a flat belly 🙂
I understand some people can be intimidated by the whole “military” thing, but please understand that the training is not military style at all. It is only the knowlegde that is used.
Hi there,
Thanks for a great review on this programme.
I like the fact that this programme is all about exercise and not about taking special vitamin or muscle enhancing supplements.
I like his story and that it has a lot of credibility.
If he learned hs ‘trade’ in the military…that’s good enough for me.
I have bookmarket this post for further ref;
Cheers and thanks again,
Phil Browne.
No problem Phil and thanks!
I also think it adds tremendous credibility, that he used to train recruits in the special forces.
Hi Marcus!
This program looks very complete.
There are so many programs out there that promise killer abs in little time, but then they give you some random exercises and nothing else.
I see this one goes further and gives you some good techniques to really change your body for good.
Thanks a lot for the review! I’ll surely take a look at this one! 😉
Hey man!
I can confirm that this program gives you the complete model on how to get abs 🙂
Excited that you will be checking it out. Let me know how it turns out for you!
Always welcome to send me an email at marcus@strengthery.com.
Hi Marcus does this program strengthen your core?
Hey Eric!
This program absolutely strengthens the core! It helps you both strengthen and get familiar with muscle recruitment in abs, obliques and lower back.
Training both abs, obliques and lower back (the core) is the best way to avoid risk of injuries and pain. Especially in the lower back. This is an issue you can get if your training is too much emphasising abs flexing like crunches.
