Hello there! My name is Marcus, I am a lawyer (LL.M.) and the founder of this website.
Besides sometimes doing lawyer stuff, I like to write about fitness and health and share with others what I have personally found “works” for us busy people who have many other things to focus on than being in the gym or meticously planning meals. No offense to people who like that, I just feel that a lot of authors wrongly assume that their readers have a very high degree of fitness enthusiasm (obsession) and I want to distinguish myself from those.
