To really improve your posture, you need to do various exercises to strengthen and stretch relevant muscles especially if you have had bad posture habits for a long time. Essentially, you need to reverse the effects that poor posture has had on your body.
You also need to assess the ergonomics of the places you spend most of the time at, and you need what I would call good posture habits. Even if the idea of “good” and “bad” posture is a misconception.
